We perform Infrared roof moisture surveys, roof condition assessments, make recommendations for repair or replacement, prepare technical roof specifications and roof details, manage the bid process, and administer the roofing contract. Our experienced Project Managers and roof quality assurance technician assure that the roof is installed in accordance with the design documents.

Our Roof Asset Management Program was developed from 25 years of experience with all types of roof systems. It’s not based on a flashy database. Instead we emphasize the collection of accurate roof data.

PCI Group offers Building Exterior Consulting and Design. The building envelope is a critical component of any building, since it keeps the environment out and the occupants comfortable and safe.

We perform condition assessments of the entire building exterior. This includes walls, window systems, glazing, sealants and waterproofing components. We design for rehabilitation of the building exterior, including technical specifications and details. PCI Group manages the bid process and performs quality assurance inspections to facilitate the exterior project

One way we protect the environment is to design long term solutions, therefore avoiding the filling of a landfill with used and deteriorated insulation, roofing materials, windows, etc as long as possible.
