Testing:

PCI Group’s testing department, supervised by certified Thermographers, provides infrared scanning of your roof system to determine wet substrate. Additionally, PCI Group has the expertise to conduct wind uplift, moisture analysis, fastener pull out, air and water infiltration testing, absorption testing, air monitoring, among others. PCI Group offers a written report of its findings containing as much detail as requested by our clients.

Assessment & Budget Planning:

PCI Group conducts a complete evaluation of the exterior shell of your facility including review of facility leakage and maintenance history; review of available construction documents and specifications; analysis of roof or wall system construction; and production of final report. PCI Group will assist you in developing and implementing cost effective short and long-term solutions and budgets.

Design:

PCI Group provides all necessary services throughout the design phase including complete system design; assessment of constructibility and system warrantibility; compliance with applicable codes and underwriter’s design standards; proper system selection and detailing; anticipated service life; and initial construction and long-term maintenance cost comparisons.

Contract Administration or Project Management:

PCI Group provides total project administration services including review of all submittal data and drawings; conduct pre-construction and progress meetings; review pay applications for progress and final billing; and provide final inspection report and close-out documents prior to acceptance of work.

Inspection:

PCI Group is able to specifically tailor its inspection services to your needs including periodic and part or full-time inspections to insure contractor compliance with specifications.
